Ethics and Whistleblowing
The Dimension Data Group operates according to a strict code of ethics. All business dealings are carried out with utmost transparency and integrity. Employees are encouraged to engage with clients and partners in a way in which upholds this code of ethics. The whistleblowing policy enables staff and stakeholders to escalate any concerns around business ethics and fraud through the appropriate channels to the highest level within the organisation.

We expect impeccable conduct from our employees and promote principles of equality, transparency and accountability within the Group. No corrupt or illegal transactions are tolerated, and the Group has no political affiliations.
Whistleblowing
Dimension Data is committed to the highest standards of transparency and accountability. This platform is therefore used to voice any concerns about Dimension Data's business practices.
Whistleblowing legislation provides protection to the person or persons for any disclosure made without malice and in good faith. The purpose of this Policy is to provide a means by which a person is able to register material irregularities, should they believe that there are serious grounds for misconduct within Dimension Data.
This policy deals with specific concerns, which are in the public interest and may include:

financial or non-financial mismanagement, fraud and corruption, including bribery;

improper conduct or unethical behaviour; or

attempts to conceal or suppress information relating to the above.

All concerns will be treated in confidence and every effort will be made, subject to any legal constraints, not to reveal your identity if you so wish. At the appropriate time, however, you may need to come forward as a witness.
