Dimension Data Europe includes both the United Kingdom and continental Europe. The European management team is responsible for growing the European business in terms of our solutions and services offerings to the market.

	Russell Bolan Chief Executive Officer Russell has over 25 years experience working in the IT industry and has a proven track record in managing profitable businesses that operate within a global environment. Russell joined Dimension Data in April 2002 as CEO of Dimension Data UK and in September 2005 was appointed as CEO of Dimension Data Europe which includes both the UK and Continental Europe. Prior to working at Dimension Data, Russell worked as global services director for SITA based in France. He was one of the founding executives of Equant, employed as Vice-President for operations and then professional services. Russell was directly involved in positioning Equant for IPO and then assumed managing director roles in countries including Benelux, New Zealand and the UK.

	Andrew Coulsen Chief Operating Officer Andrew Coulsen has been with thegroup since October 1996 and has held a number of positions, including: Chief Financial Officer for Dimension Data in Australia, Chief Operating Officer for Dimension Data in Continental Europe and most recently, Chief Operating Officer in the UK. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Andrew held the position of Financial Planning Manager at Optus in Australia and oversaw the establishment of both OptusVision and OneTel. Andrew currently holds directorships on a variety of boards including Tech Talk Australia, Network Vision Systems and The Starlight Foundation (New South Wales). Andrew is an active member of the Certified Practising Accountants Society of Australia and holds a business degree from the University of Sydney.

	Anne Thonon Chief Financial Officer Anne Thonon was appointed as CFO of Dimension Data Europe in 2004. She has been with the group since January 1994, and has held positions as the CFO of both Dimension Data Belgium and Luxembourg as well as the CFO of the Central Europe Region. Anne started her professional career as research assistant in public economy in the University of Liège. After two years at the University, she joined the audit department of KPMG where she acquired five years of auditing experience in a variety of businesses, and was promoted as manager after four years. She then worked as a consultant in Finance for a year, during which time she assisted middle-sized companies looking for sources of financing. One of these companies was ComTech, which she later joined and was instrumental in helping regain a solid financial position. ComTech was eventually acquired by Dimension Data, at which point Anne became CFO for Dimension Data Belgium. Anne holds a degree in Economic Science from the University of Liège, which she obtained “cum laude”. She has also spent time teaching and lecturing at the University of Liège and the HEC of Brussels.

	Neil Louw Chief Technology Officer Neil has over 20 years experience working in the IT industry. Neil joined Internet Solutions in March 1999 as Chief Solution Architect and moved to Dimension Data UK in June 2000. In 2004, Neil was appoint CTO of Dimension Data UK and in September 2006 was appointed CTO of Dimension Data Europe. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Neil held the position of Divisional Manager for Teklogic a subsidiary of Altech South Africa. Neil holds a B. Sc degree from the University of Witwatersrand in Mathematics and Computer Science and B. Sc Honours in Computer Science from Rhodes University.

	Vangelis Tsingos Solutions and Services Director Vangelis has been working in the IT industry for 20 years and has been with Dimension Data since we first entered Europe in 2001. He has held various roles; Switzerland Country Manager, Managed Services Director for Europe and most recently Regional Director for the Southern Region. He is responsible for our Services and Solutions group throughout Europe, which includes the European Global Service Centre operation.

	Caroline Gibson Human Resources Director Caroline has over 9 years experience in international Human Resources in the IT industry and has been with Dimension Data since 2000. Caroline has been responsible for Compensation and Recruitment in Dimension Data North America before moving to Johannesburg to assume the position of Group HR, Senior Manager at the Group’s Global Headquarters. Caroline was appointed Human Resources Director for Dimension Data Europe in May of 2007. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Caroline worked at Proxicom in the US and Sterling Commerce in both Europe and the US. Caroline is a certified professional member of the Society of Human Resources Management and holds a Master’s degree in French Literature and a Postgraduate degree in International Relations & Management from the University of Amsterdam as well as a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University.

	Janice Kallmeyer Marketing Director Janice has been with the Dimension Data Group for over six years. In 2006 she moved to the Group's Luxembourg offices to take up the role of Marketing Director for Europe. Prior to that, Janice was responsible for Global Market Research at the Group’s Global Headquarters in Johannesburg, and has previously held roles such as e-Commerce Business Development Manager at Group company, Internet Solutions and OmniLink , a joint venture between Dimension Data, Nedcor and Old Mutual. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Janice has held the position of Business Development Manager: Strategy and Marketing at Commerce One Distributor Operations in South Africa and practiced as a commercial attorney at Brian Kahn Attorneys , followed by a position as Group Legal Advisor to Jupiter Drawing Room, an advertising agency in South Africa. Janice holds a B. Proc degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a Masters in Business Administration with a published thesis on Integrated Marketing Communication in the International Journal of Advertising.

	Jean-Pol Georlette Alliance Director Jean-Pol has over 25 years experience in the IT Industry. He joined Dimension Data in 2000 via acquisition of Comtech where he served as Business Development Director since 1998. He was responsible for the Converged Communications European Line of Business and appointed as Alliance Director in November 2005. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Jean-Pol held different roles in the Steel Industry (Process Control and Telecommunications Manager) and as European Product Manager at Telindus. Jean-Pol holds an Electrical Engineer Degree (Faculté Polytechnique Mons) and a Masters in Management Science (FUCAM).
