Before attending the Forum each delegate was asked to take part in and opinion research exercise, the preliminary results of which were revealed a tthe Forum's Global Future Summit - a review of the current state of contact centre performance, which drew upon this and additional research sources, including Dimension Data's Global Contact Centre Benchmarking Report 2007 and the Aspect Contact Center Satisfaction Index - Europe and North America
