Anesh has been with Dimension Data since 1999 and has extensive grounding in the underlying technologies required to support unified communications. He holds a number of software and data certifications, including certifications from Microsoft and IBM that are complementary to his tertiary qualification in Information Technology from the Durban University of Technology in South Africa.

Anesh is passionate about improving clients’ communication experience by integrating presence and identity information into their communication channels. His experience comes from working with clients in various Dimension Data regions, including South Africa and the Netherlands, and across various technologies – Microsoft Windows, UNIX and IBM.

When Microsoft launched its Executive Briefing Centre for European Innovation in Brussels, Anesh led the systems integration around unified communications. Read more about this project in our case studies section.
