Plan incorporates our Consult and Design
Services that help clients to evaluate ‘As is’ environments and justify
technology investment. In the Build Service function we work with clients to
Procure, Integrate and Deploy technology into their IT infrastructure.
Dimension Data’s role is to reduce risk and ensure projects are delivered on
time and within budget. Support Services include the ongoing
Break-fix/Maintenance and Monitoring of client technology environments,
through its investment in people, processes and systems, Dimension Data is
able to deliver a higher quality of service at a better cost than clients
could in-house.
In the Manage Service function Dimension
Data is takes more responsibility and ownership for the running of the IT
environment throughout the lifecycle of technology. The point of departure
is to build a set of Service Delivery and Service Support processes that
enable us to proactively interact with your environment, the result – lower
operating costs. Through reducing the number of incidents/faults, and
ultimately lowering the cost of managing the environment helps clients
maximise return on current IT investment.
