Managed Services
The Service Interface was created to
ensure consistent quality of service delivery, irrespective of which services
are procured from Dimension Data. Delivering improved quality of service and
a positive client experience is central to Dimension Data’s services
philosophy. As a result consistent communication, escalation, service
reporting, and service delivery management are provided. Whether clients
choose to out-task part or all of their Managed Services requirements to
Dimension Data, we are flexible enough to deliver on any combination of
services through our ITIL-aligned Managed Services framework. Dimension Data
has the ability to take on client requirements from entry level, break-fix
support to complex managed services – to help clients drive down costs and
increase productivity.
