Managed Services

Dimension Data’s Managed Services include Support, Manage, Improve and Innovate functions that are delivered uniformly globally through Dimension Data’s Service Interface. Dimension Data is focused on delivering services consistently throughout the world and provides clients with a full spectrum of Support Services that deliver return on current IT investment.

The Service Interface was created to ensure consistent quality of service delivery, irrespective of which services are procured from Dimension Data. Delivering improved quality of service and a positive client experience is central to Dimension Data’s services philosophy. As a result consistent communication, escalation, service reporting, and service delivery management are provided. Whether clients choose to out-task part or all of their Managed Services requirements to Dimension Data, we are flexible enough to deliver on any combination of services through our ITIL-aligned Managed Services framework. Dimension Data has the ability to take on client requirements from entry level, break-fix support to complex managed services – to help clients drive down costs and increase productivity.
