As Lead Technical Consultant based in our North American business, Mike leverages his technical and operational expertise, particularly in IP telephony and routing and switching, to design and implement advanced solutions for our clients in the region. He has been a key player in several large and complex projects, including the design and implementation of a unified communications solution for a 19,000 phone client; the provision of advanced gatekeeper IPT call routing for large enterprise clients, and advanced IPCC implementation. To date, he has successfully designed and implemented unified communications solutions for more than 15 Dimension Data clients, unlocking the potential of the technology to deliver new synergies and competitive advantage to their operations.
