Selection Process

The selection process has three rigorous stages that ensure the selection of only the best partners. We’ve put in place the following globally consistent processes for identifying, accessing and engaging suitable Preferred Partners, which gives us the capability to deliver Cisco solutions to agreed service levels worldwide:

Introduction: Analysis of potential partners and due diligence process - in the introduction stage Dimension Data conducts a due diligence process and analyses potential partners capability and ability to adopt Dimension Data’s methods and processes.

Engagement: Negotiation of terms and introduction to Dimension Data processes - if a partner passes the due diligence process, Dimension Data further investigates partner stability and processes and begins contract negotiation. 

Activation: Contracting the partner - contract between Dimension Data and Preferred Partner is signed.

Once partners are selected, processes are in place to ensure an actively monitored and managed network of high quality partners to ensure clients receive consistent quality of service, on an ongoing basis.
