What are the essentials in terms of academic requirements, work experience and industry qualifications/training/certification?
A strong skills background is a must for various functions. This does not mean that certifications are a must, but the willingness to learn and achieve certifications is essential. We also look for the right personalities. Our employees must feel comfortable working in an international company with a multicultural approach. They should also show willingness to "walk the extra mile" for our clients. Furthermore they must be proficient in the universal business language – English. An additional language is an advantage

Your curriculum vitae (CV) should be a reflection of yourself. We look for information about your background, your work experience, internships, and in the technical environment, we look for managed projects or implementations where you have a proven track record of success.

References are important to us. From references we can learn more about your background and what you have done in the past. Interests are also important. After all, a job is important, but it´s not everything in life. Balance between work and play is vital to achieve the best results in your career. If somebody has strong interests like team sports, you can assume that he is a team player, he is taking care of his health - and this is a strong plus.
