For the fourth consecutive year, we’re positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Communications Outsourcing and Professional Services (COPS).1

In the 2014 edition, the Magic Quadrant for Communications Outsourcing and Professional Services evaluates 15 vendors’ capabilities for IT services, using two criteria: ‘ability to execute’ and ‘completeness of vision’.

Why is the Magic Quadrant for Communications Outsourcing and Professional Services important?
We believe your organisation’s success in today’s globalised business world requires a shrewd and dynamic partnering strategy. Central to that is selecting a technology solutions and services provider that not only understands your business end to end, but also delivers real business value ... no matter where in the world you may operate.

According to Gartner, ‘Sourcing executives at midsize and large MNCs should use this Magic Quadrant when seeking providers of enterprise network and communications managed or project-based services.’ 2

Accelerating our clients' ambitions through COPS

Accelerating our clients' ambitions through COPS

We believe that our sustained positioning in the Leaders quadrant shows that our clients continue to trust us as both relevant and knowledgeable experts in the delivery of communications outsourcing and professional services (COPS).

Highlights of our achievements in the COPS arena over the last year include the following:

  • We expanded our business geographically through the acquisitions of NextiraOne in Europe, and Nexus in the US, and grew our visual communications skills base by acquiring Teliris in the US. In August, we also made an offer to acquire Australian Stock Exchange-listed Oakton, which provides consulting, delivery and managed services across a range of government and enterprise clients and is positioned as one of the leading digital, information management and core business systems solution companies in the Australian ICT marketplace. We now have a direct presence in 58 countries around the world.
  • We strengthened our Transformation Consulting offering, launched the Software-defined Networking Development Model, and introduced new services, most notably Managed Services for Enterprise Networks and Enterprise Mobility-as-a-Service.
  • We've bolstered our cloud services with our appointment as a SAP-certified provider of cloud and hosting globally, and as a Microsoft private cloud service provider on its cloud platform. We also signed an agreement with Cisco in which Cisco will use our Managed Cloud Platform and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to deliver a suite of mid-market-centric cloud services.
