Grant has more than 12 years experience in the contact centre industry.  In his current role as Dimension Data's Practice Director for Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) for the Americas, he has responsibility for sales, delivery and support of our contact centre solutions in the region.  Grant has a background in contact centre business analysis and systems engineering, skills which support his mission to deliver great, workable contact centre solutions. His credentials include technical qualifications from a range of vendors as well as bachelor degrees in Commerce and Administration, and Science.
