Jane, AUSTRALIA

Jane is a Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) Consultant for Dimension Data in Australia with particular interest in speech recognition. She performs a number of roles in the engagement, planning and implementation of speech applications, providing consultancy, expertise, training and education to clients and potential clients. One of Jane's priorities is to develop and maintain an application 'persona' that works well, represents the company's brand, and is suitable for the target audience. Jane has an Honours Degree in Linguistics and Psychology, and she is currently completing a Ph.D. in Linguistics at Monash University.
