Karina manages and develops the Customer Interactive Solutions business for Dimension Data’s subsidiary, Datacraft, in Asia, from its head office in Singapore. A 20-year veteran of the IT industry, Karina has extensive experience in implementing architected contact centre infrastructures; and running multi- language and country revenue-based contact centres using IP technology. Karina holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) an EMBA (e-Commerce) degrees.
