Karthik has more than 13 years experience in the contact centre industry. As Dimension Data's Practice Manager for Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) for North America, he has responsibility for delivery and support of our contact centre solutions in the region. Karthik had a background in contact centre operations, business consulting (KPMG Consulting) and system implementation (Cisco) prior to joining Dimension Data in North America in 2003. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
