Martin
is responsible for the strategic development of Dimension Data’s global
contact centre business, which includes Merchants Global Consulting. He knows
the business and the industry from the ground up, having entered as a call centre
agent, and spent a decade working in diverse operational and account
management roles. Some of the highlights of Martin’s career include the
design, build and management of a 1,000 seat contact centre for one of South
Africa’s largest Financial Services groups, and the Solution design of
Dimension Data’s Customer Management division. Over the last two years Martin
has been involved in working with a number of major US corporates on contact
centre strategy development and performance improvement initiatives. Martin
is now based in the UK, where he works with each of the Dimension Data
regional businesses around the world on strategic development and consulting.
