Dmitry is our technical lead for the iBOSS™ Integration Framework – leading integration technology based on Next Generation OSS (NGOSS) principles as outlined by TeleManagement Forum. He acted as solution architect and technical lead of the team that implemented the NGOSS project at one of the world’s largest carriers – a global first. Dmitry holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science (Distributed Systems Development and Management) from St.Petersburg State Technical University, Russia.
