When Darren joined Dimension Data in 1999, he started working on Cisco Call Manager 2.4. Today he is actively involved in Cisco’s Early Field Trial programme around the latest versions of Call Manager, integrating valuable client and deployment feedback into the software development cycle.

Darren has an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Electronics) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and holds the prestigious title of Enterprise Architect with our Australian business, based on his vast experience in architecting multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.

His career highlights include being the lead engineer on a project to design and implement an IP centrex solution with integration to Holly’s voice dialler and Cisco’s SS7 gateway and proxy servers in a fully redundant and scalable design.

One of Darren’s primary strengths is his ability to develop solutions for clients that can show results in the short term, but also adapt to business requirements and continue to add value in the long term.
