Over the years, his expertise has evolved in the direction of communications platforms and he now focuses on matching client’s communications requirements with multiple vendors’ offerings to provide an integrated, tailored solution.

Today, Gavin is the Global Business Development Manager for Unified Communications. He brings his practical experience in Cisco and Microsoft communications platforms and business vision to bear when guiding our clients through the practicalities of deploying communications solutions. He provides guidance on technology selection against the backdrop of existing investments and future business strategy.

Gavin has authored a number of white papers and regularly speaks at industry events, based on his hands-on experience in technology deployment and solution crafting.
