Jon joined Dimension Data in 1996 and has over 20 years experience in IT, with focuses on voice, video and data integration, and unified communications and messaging.

Jon has deployed over 20 unified communication solutions across thousands of users, that integrate technologies like Microsoft’s Live and Office Communications Server 2005/2007, Exchange 2007 UM and Cisco CallManager for clients. Jon is regularly invited to present on his experience in delivering integrated voice, video, data and presence solutions for both Dimension Data and with Microsoft and Cisco at public seminars.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2007, Microsoft Corporation presented Jon with an award for “Outstanding Contribution to the Unified Communications Industry in Australia” – the highest accolade they present to individuals.
