Seven years of active involvement at the coalface of the new communications technologies, backed by practical certifications that include CCIE 8629, MCSE 4 & 2k, and MCNE, have ideally positioned him to deliver the benefits of unified communications to clients. His specific areas of expertise include Cisco Voice, CallManager, Unity, and IPCC Express. Matt’s strategic flair underlines many of our internal as-built documentation tools and the phone staging database, and he is the co-author of the Dimension Data IPT Deployment Methodology.
