Subsidiaries are defined as companies in which Dimension Data has a greater than 50% equity stake. Dimension Data has a shareholding interest in two strategically important businesses in Datacraft and Merchants.

Datacraft
Dimension Data has a 51% shareholding in Datacraft. The company is listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange, and is a component company of the Straits Times Index. Headquartered in Singapore, Datacraft spans more than 50 major offices and has over 1,100 employees across 13 Asia Pacific markets.

The company is the leading independent IT services and solutions company in Asia Pacific. Specialising in customised business solutions, Datacraft helps clients plan, build and support their IT infrastructures. Datacraft combines an expertise in networking, security, operating environments, storage and contact centre technologies, with advanced skills in consulting, integration and managed services, to craft IT solutions for businesses.

Merchants
Dimension Data has a majority shareholding in Merchants, a leading provider of bespoke outsource contact centre solutions.  The company has a 25 year track record of successfully delivering customer contact centre solutions for a variety of blue chip organisations, globally.

Headquartered in Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom, Merchants has additional contact centre sites in the Netherlands and Cork, and offshore solutions in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa. Merchants is well placed to offer tailored solutions that fit the very needs of not just businesses but more importantly, customers.
