Overview 
The goal of the ITIL Foundation training is to provide the attendee a solid understanding of ITIL, the ITIL processes and their relationships. It will also demonstrate the core concepts of ITIL.

IT services managers, IT service management group leaders and analysts, IT service management project managers, Help Desk supervisors, Quality Managers, Help Desk Assistants, System Administrators, Network Administrators.

•  The understanding of the change management processes which are involved in the deployment of a process-based organization in general and ITIL processes in particular.
•  A solid preparation to the exam Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
