The Regional Executive Management has responsibility for the operational running of Dimension Data in North America.

	Jere Brown Chief Executive Officer Jere A. Brown is CEO for Dimension Data in North America. Jere was formerly the national vice president of sales for Dimension Data North America where he oversaw U. S. sales operations and new business development as well as maintained and created relationships with Dimension Data’s technology partners. Prior to joining Dimension Data Jere held a number of executive positions within the IT industry. Whilst at SITEL Corp, Jere successfully managed Sales, HR, Finance and Operations of more than 1,000 employees ; and he was instrumental in building the eastern division of Inacom into a $400 million unit and was also responsible for the national development of sales and operations teams during his time at OneMain.com/Earthlink. Jere graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and minor in business management.

	Dan Celoni Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dan Celoni is Dimension Data North America’s senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). In this role, Dan is responsible for all Dimension Data financial and legal activities in North America which include raising capital, treasury, accounting, reporting, risk management, investor relations and financial controls. Most recently, Dan served as the senior vice president of CompuCom Systems, a provider of outsourced IT services. Prior to CompuCom, Dan held the position of VP and operational controller for Computerland, a $2 billion reseller. Dan was also previously COO/CFO for Kelly Business Furniture, a $40 million provider of office furnishings. He holds a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkley, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

	Wesley Johnston Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Wes Johnston is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Dimension Data in North America. In this role, Wes is responsible for leading Dimension Data’s North American lines of business, including Networking, Converged Communications, Call Centers, Security, Data Center, and Microsoft, as well as its professional and managed services delivery teams. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Wes was Senior Vice President of marketing and product development at SITEL Corporation. Wes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University, an Executive MBA from George Mason University, and completed a European study program in International Relations at Oxford University in England.


	Denise Messineo Senior Vice President, Human Resources Denise Messineo, SPHR, is the vice president of human resources for Dimension in Data North America. She also serves as a member of the DDNA Executive Team. Denise joined Dimension Data in 2000 as a director in the human resources group. Previously she had been with Zurich US. Denise received her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) in 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University.

	Mark Kristiansen Senior Vice President and General Counsel Mark Kristiansen is senior vice president and general counsel for Dimension Data in North America. Mark joined the company in June 2001 when it acquired Proxicom, Inc., Prior to joining Proxicom, Mark maintained a transactional and regulatory practice as an associate at Cole, Raywid & Braverman in Washington, D.C. Mark received his Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Va. Mark received his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish literature from Brown University. Mark is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association.

	Mark Slaga Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Mark Slaga is the chief technology officer for Dimension Data North America, a member of Dimension Data Holdings, plc. Mark is responsible for the North America IT organization as well as driving Dimension Data’s technology vision, managing solutions and services development, and identifying emerging technologies to incorporate into the company’s offerings. Previously, Slaga served as the vice president of Advanced Technologies at Dimension Data, where he spearheaded the highly regarded Converged Communications practice, which was named Cisco’s IP Communications Partner of the Year for 2004 and 2005.
