Our global pool of solutions architects and engineers have more than 270 product and vendor certifications ranging from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE Systems, Nortel, Siebel CRM, Witness and other contact center and CRM product accreditations and certifications as well as Nuance and other speech product certifications.
