Introduced globally in 2000, the Global Services Operating Architecture is an architecture of computer systems, applications and business processes that we use to manage and deliver our Global Services.

Some of the applications that make up the Global Services Operating Architecture have been purchased ‘off-the-shelf’.  Others we have custom-designed ourselves, using best of breed tools and leveraging our 20 years experience in managing complex IT infrastructures.
