Gavin, our OSS Solutions Architect in the UK has been with Dimension Data since 2000 and holds numerous certifications including SMARTS, InfoVista and Netscout. He focuses on the Service Provider market across the OMS portfolio and is responsible for pre-sales activities and solution design. He has been involved in many notable projects, most newsworthy being his involvement with a Nationwide Building Society project that was profiled in the Financial Times.
