He holds over 27 professional and industry certifications, and has led several nation-wide deployments for shipping and logistics clients and retail institutions. Tim remembers one of the most challenging and successful of his implementations as his work as lead implementation manager on a Cisco AVVID installation for a Tennessee-based orthopaedics company. The end solution comprised multiple CallManager clusters, Unity servers and an IPCC Express call centre that was integrated with an existing network of over 2,000 IP phones.
