Energy Efficiency
We’ve made great strides in reducing our energy consumption in a number of areas, including eliminating over 500 servers by using virtualisation in our regional data centres.
Travel Reduction
We have reduced our travel by 59% per employee since 2007, through an investment in video conferencing, telepresence and collaboration tools.
Waste Reduction
We are very conscious of the contribution of the ICT sector to overall waste, particularly electronic waste (e-Waste). Our commitment to reducing, and recycling waste includes managing an internal waste programme which allows staff to dispose of personal e-Waste and donating old computers to schools as part of our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
