Brett Dawson Chief Executive Officer Brett Dawson was appointed Group CEO in March 2004. He joined Dimension Data in 1997 and has held numerous positions within the Group. He first acted as Financial Director of the Group joint venture, OmniLink. Following the merger of OmniLink and Internet Solutions, Brett was appointed CEO of Internet Solutions. In September 2001, he relocated to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer of Dimension Data North America. In October 2002, he was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In February 2011, Brett was appointed to the board of Keane International Inc. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Brett was responsible for corporate strategy and planning at National Brands Limited and held corporate finance positions at Anglovaal Limited and KPMG. Brett is a Chartered Accountant.

David Sherriffs Chief Financial Officer David Sherriffs was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2004. He joined the Group in 1997 as a member of the finance team, primarily involved in corporate finance activities. In 2000, David was named Vice President of Business Development for Europe and relocated to Germany. From 2003, David served as Group Executive: Operations and was responsible for business case assessments for strategic projects. Prior to joining Dimension Data, David served in various financial, corporate finance and strategy roles for Anglo American plc, including Executive Assistant to the Chairman. David received his M. Phil in Management Studies from the University of Oxford. David is a Chartered Accountant.

Jason Goodall Chief Operating Officer Jason Goodall was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Dimension Data’s Systems Integration business globally in October 2010. Prior to this, Jason was Managing Director of Dimension Data Middle East & Africa responsible for Emerging Africa and the Middle East. In 2003 Jason joined Dimension Data South Africa’s executive team, heading up the Converged Infrastructure business. In 1998 Jason was appointed Chief Financial Officer, OmniLink - a Dimension Data subsidiary which later merged with Internet Solutions. From 2001 to 2003 Jason held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Internet Solutions, where he was instrumental in building the company into a highly profitable and successful company. Jason also sits on the board of Britehouse Technologies. Jason qualified as a chartered accountant, and completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche in 1992. Thereafter, as a bursary recipient from Barlow Rand, he joined ISM/IBM in the role of Financial Manager for the Solutions Group Resolve Technologies. While at IBM, Jason held a number of roles in both finance and sales before being appointed Financial Controller – Industries and Product in 1996.

Tetsuro Yamaguchi Group Executive: Joint Business Development
Mr. Tetsuro Yamaguchi was appointed a Board member and group executive of Dimension Data in February 2011. His primary responsibility is to promote business collaboration between Dimension Data and the various NTT companies across the world, as one NTT Group. From July 2006, Mr. Yamaguchi served as President and CEO of NTT America. In this role, he oversaw NTT America’s strategic initiatives including product development, carrier and vendor relations, and NTT’s company-wide revenue growth efforts. Mr. Yamaguchi joined NTT Public Corporation in 1979. He has served in a number of managerial and strategic planning roles across the organisation, including vice president of the Financial Industry Sales Department, Enterprise Sales Division from 2005 to 2006, general manager in the Corporate Planning Department from 2000 to 2001, deputy managing director of NTT Deutschland (Germany) from 1993 to 1995, and general manager in the Planning Development Department for NTT Media Scope, a joint venture between NTT and several Japanese media companies from 1987 to 1992. Mr Yamaguchi has a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT’s Sloan School of Management (1993),and a BA in Economics from Waseda University (1979).

Patrick Keith Quarmby Director: Corporate Finance Patrick Quarmby was appointed to the Board of Dimension Data Holdings plc at the time of its *listing in London and Johannesburg in 2000. Patrick has been a director of Dimension Data since 1996. In July 2002, he was appointed Chairman of Datacraft Asia Patrick is also a Board member of Tradebridge and Nihilent. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Patrick was Managing Director of Standard Bank in Hong Kong, a Director of Standard Bank in London, and a tax partner at Ernst & Young South Africa. Patrick graduated with Honours from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant (SA).

Andrew Briggs Group Executive: Sales Andrew Briggs was appointed Group Executive: Sales in June 2008. He joined Dimension Data in 1997, following the acquisition of Merchants by Dimension Data. Prior to his appointment as Group Executive: Sales, Andrew was responsible for the global management and development of Dimension Data’s Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) and Converged Communications lines of business, as well as Managing Director of Merchants. Between 1990 and 1997, Andrew worked for Merchants in the United Kingdom in a variety of roles including Managing Consultant. Following the acquisition of Merchants by Dimension Data, Andrew relocated to South Africa and bring his client interaction skills to the South African market. Andrew has an MBA from the University of Stirling in Scotland and his undergraduate degree was a BA in Business Economics at the University of Paisley after attending The Glasgow Academy. Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has recently completed a Diploma in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at the University of Surrey.

Stephen Joubert Group Executive: Global Solutions Stephen Joubert was appointed to the Board of Dimension Data Holdings plc at the time of its *listing in London and Johannesburg in 2000. Stephen joined Dimension Data in 1996 as Group Finance Director in Network Services and became a Director of Dimension Data Holdings Ltd in 1998. Prior to joining Dimension Data , Stephen was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for a number of years. Stephen is a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand and a Chartered Accountant (SA).

Bruce Watson Group Executive: Global Cisco Alliance Bruce Watson leads Dimension Data’s global strategic relationship with Cisco. He is also a Board member of Britehouse Technologies. Between 1998 and 2002, Bruce was on the Board of Dimension Data Holdings with responsibility for developing the Group's global networking services operations, and all operations in the UK and Europe. Bruce has held management positions at Andersen Consulting and Causeway Communications, which he co-founded prior to joining Dimension Data.

Marilyn Rose Williams Group Executive: Human Resources Marilyn Rose Williams has over 25 years’ experience in both the corporate and academic world. She has worked for major multi-national companies, including Cadbury Schweppes and Tongaat Hullett where she held senior marketing and HR positions. Marilyn has also lectured at leading international business schools, namely University of Cape Town, UNISA School of Business Leadership and Henley Management College in the United Kingdom. In 1996, Marilyn founded her own business, ICMD (International Centre for Management Development), in partnership with London Business School and Manchester Business School. ICMD was acquired by Dimension Data in October 2000 whereby Marilyn was appointed HR Director for the Dimension Data Group. Marilyn holds a Master of Business Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Cape Town.

Ettienne Reinecke Chief Technology Officer Ettienne Reinecke heads the Group’s new technology and research areas and provides leadership in the Groups’ solution and services strategies. He was on the Board of Dimension Data Holdings from 1998 until 2002, when he joined the newly created Executive Committee. Ettienne has over 25 years’ experience in the IT services and networking industry. He holds a B.Engineering (Stellenbosch), B. Engineering (Hons) (University of Pretoria) and M.Engineering (University of Pretoria).

Connie de Lange Group Executive: Marketing Connie de Lange joined Dimension Data in January 2004 to lead marketing for the Group. She joined the Group Executive in October of the same year. Connie has over 19 years’ experience in international marketing and communications, new venture start-ups, and change management. Her relationship with Dimension Data dates from 1997 when she moved to South Africa as Marketing Director and a founder of the Dimension Data joint venture Linx Holdings and its subsidiary OmniLink. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Connie had responsibility for global marketing for ADC Telecommunications. Connie was also a Board Director of the ADC Foundation and the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). Connie holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours and Distinction) from Kenyon College. In 2010 Connie was appointed Chairperson of the CMO Council Africa.

Derek Wilcocks
Chief Executive Officer, Dimension Data Middle East & Africa
Derek was appointed CEO of Dimension Data Middle East & Africa in April 2012 after serving as Managing Director of Internet Solutions from October 2009. He joined the Dimension Data Group in 1995 as founding Managing Director of Trusted Network Solutions, and joined Internet Solutions a year later (1996), becoming a board member. Derek has held numerous executive positions during his 16 years with the Group. In 2001, he was appointed Executive: Strategy & Technology for Dimension Data Middle East & Africa. In 2006, he assumed the position of Services Executive for the region. Derek has delivered numerous talks on the difference ICT can make to developing countries in South Africa, Nigeria, Namibia, Burkina Faso and Kenya. Derek graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a B.Econ.Sc; B.Sc (Hons) (Computer Science). He also completed the Executive Programme in Strategy and Organisation at Stanford University, as well as a Postgraduate Professional Course in Corporate Finance at the University of London.

Bill Padfield Chief Executive Officer, Dimension Data Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Bill Padfield (AMP, INSEAD, France) was appointed CEO of Dimension Data Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (formerly known as Datacraft Asia Pte Ltd) in August 2003. Bill joined Dimension Data as Chief Operating Officer in November 2001 and was appointed as an Executive board member in October 2002. He manages and oversees all aspects of the Dimension Data Asia Pacific Group’s operations, and drives the Group’s transition into a world-class IT services company. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Bill was the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific, Australasia of Equant, leading the combined Equant and Global One organisations in Asia Pacific. Mr. Padfield is a member of the board for Asia Cloud Computing Association. He is also a board member of the Halogen Foundation Singapore, a not-for-profit organisation that seeks to inspire and influence young leaders.

Jere Brown Chief Executive Officer, Dimension Data Americas Jere A. Brown is CEO for Dimension Data in the Americas. Jere was formerly the National Vice president of sales for Dimension Data North America where he oversaw US sales operations and new business development, as well as maintained and created relationships with Dimension Data’s technology partners. Prior to joining Dimension Data Jere held a number of executive positions within the IT industry. While at SITEL Corp, Jere successfully managed Sales, HR, Finance and Operations of more than 1,000 employees. He was instrumental in building the eastern division of Inacom into a $400 million unit, as well as being responsible for the national development of sales and operations teams during his time at OneMain.com/Earthlink. Jere graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and minor in business management.

Andrew Coulsen Chief Executive Officer, Dimension Data Europe Andrew was appointed Europe’s regional CEO in October 2009. In the 14 years that he has been with the Group, he has filled a number of roles.. These include Chief Financial Officer of Dimension Data in Australia, Chief Operating Officer of Dimension Data in the UK, and Chief Operating Officer, Dimension Data in Europe. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Andrew held the position of Financial Planning Manager at Optus in Australia. Andrew holds a business degree from the University of Sydney.

Stephen Nola Chief Executive Officer: Dimension Data Cloud Solutions Business Unit
Steve was appointed CEO of Dimension Data’s Cloud Solutions business unit in July, 2011. Since 2001, Steve held the role of CEO, Dimension Data Australia. Prior to this Steve held the positions of CEO for Dimension Data Integration and Joint Managing Director of Dimension Data in Australia. Before joining Dimension Data in Australia (formerly known as Com Tech Communications) Steve worked for Telstra from 1987 to 1989. Steve holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) majoring in Robotics. He is also a member of the advisory board at RMIT for the Bachelor of Information Technology course and a member of the Starlight Foundation Victoria Board.

Rodd Cunico
Chief Executive Officer, Dimension Data Australia
Rodd joined Dimension Data in 1997. He was appointed as Australia’s regional CEO in July 2011. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of Dimension Data Australia, reporting to Executive Director, Steve Nola. Rodd is also a non-executive director of New Zealand-based database services firm SQL Services. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Rodd was Dimension Data’s Director of Sales Operations and Southern Region Manager. Before joining Dimension Data, Rodd spent 11 years at Telstra where he held a number of positions in the technical, product management, application engineering and communications consulting domains. Rodd is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
