Management

 

The board of Dimension Data plc consists of five executive directors and four non-executive directors. The Group Executive Committee is responsible for the operational running of the business and assists in the formulation of the Group’s strategy.

 

Group Executive Committee

The Group Executive Committee has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and the execution of the Group’s strategy.

 

The Group Executive Committee operates one tier below the Board of Directors and is tasked with the practical delivery of the Group’s objectives. Each member of the Committee focuses on a specific area of the Group’s performance, assumes responsibility for a specific portfolio, and is accountable to the Board of Directors for the delivery of the Group’s goals.
