Alexander Forbes
Alexander Forbes needed a local systems integrator with outstanding Microsoft skills and global capability to implement a large scale upgrade of Microsoft Exchange 2003 to 2007 to over 3,500 users, distributed over 27 sites. This complex project involved assessing the effect on existing and future projects, managing tight timelines and cost targets, consolidating servers and hardware, and managing external vendors to deliver a seamless and trouble-free migration to the new technology platform.
