Adam has been a key member of our specialist strategic CIS team for over nine years. He focuses primarily on the design, build and operation of large scale Managed Service contact centres in the UK, mainland Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. He has operated extensively in the Financial Services and Telco sectors, managing client relationships and masterminding the migration of operations offshore for our major Managed Service clients.
