Over
the course of 12 years working in contact centres and 17 years in the service
industry, Andrew’s involvement has ranged from the design and build of new
projects, to the review and development of existing business and the
execution of new initiatives and expansion opportunities for multinational
corporations. Having worked in the UK and Africa, Andrew is now based in
North America, where he is currently General Manager for our Customer
Interactive Solutions consultancy business. Andrew is studying towards
achieving an MBA through Strathclyde University’s internationally renowned
Graduate School of Business.
