Bill
has more than 10 years experience in the contact centre industry. In his
current role as a Lead Technical Consultant in the Customer Interactive
Solutions (CIS) Delivery Team for the Americas, he works with his team of
Application Consultants to design and deliver business applications for
customers. Bill has a background in Cisco Contact Center solutions and the
contact center business dating back to GeoTel, prior to their acquisition by
Cisco, and with a large financial institution running Avaya solutions prior
to that. His credentials include a bachelor degree in Engineering Design.
