Chris, Singapore
Chris is the technology director and
principal consultant for Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) in Dimension
Data’s Asian subsidiary, Datacraft. He first worked in CIS as a founder of
the practice for Dimension Data in Australia 21 years ago. As part of his
current responsibilities, Chris consults to clients focusing on customer
relationship optimisation and self-service solutions. He is specialised in
contact centre technologies ranging from voice, speech enabled self-service,
through to AI based knowledge management. His particular specialty is in
computational linguistics and acoustic modelling techniques for tonal
(Chinese) and non-tonal languages. Chris is a graduate Electronics Engineer
with ten years design experience.
