Clive joined Dimension Data in 2002 to
set up the Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) and IP Telephony (IPT)
support team, for which is he currently the technical Lead in the United Kingdom. The team support over 50 CIS and IPT customers. Clive has more than 19
years experience in the IT industry focusing for the last nine years on Cisco
contact centre applications including ICM, IPCC and CVP. He worked with, and
for, Cisco’s contact centre business unit from 1997 until joining Dimension
Data, where he was responsible for deploying and supporting many NAMs, ICMs and IPCCs for clients located in the United Kingdom and Europe.
