IAN, AUSTRALIA
Ian is the Principal Consultant within
the Customer Interactive Solutions division of Dimension Data in Australia, working closely with clients to develop strategies and plan customer
interactions across a wide range of channels (face-to-face, phone, IVR, Web,
SMS, Live). He has over 25 years experience in the ICT industry, the majority
focusing on contact centres and working in many of the largest and most
prominent centres of clients located in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Ian is highly sort after in the following areas: process improvement,
strategy, CRM, IVR, speech recognition, workforce optimisation.
