Steve
has more than 17 years experience in the contact centre industry with stints
at Edify, Apropos Technology and most recently NICE Systems, Inc. In his
current role, as Dimension Data's Business Development Manager for Customer
Interactive Solutions (CIS) for the west coast in North America, he has
responsibility for the care and feeding of 30+ sales, delivery and support
personnel for contact centre solutions. Steve’s background in contact centre business
analytics, workforce optimisation and compliance/fraud solutions were one of
the many reasons for taking on a role with Dimension Data. He has a BSEE/CS
degree from the University of California, is currently on the board of
Pepperdine University and holds a Securities and Exchange Commission Series 7
licence.
