Dimension Data still sees operational management participation as the heart of our BEE strategy. As such, we have exceeded our commitment to achieving a set target of 40% Black Executive Directorship by mid 2006. Effective 1 July 2006, Dimension Data (Pty) Ltd has 50% black representation at both board and over 57% at executive level.
