Position Summary and Primary Objectives

Prepare Invoices for billing and prepare quotes.

 

 

Main Duties / Key Accountabilities

·         General Administration ( Excel Reports ;Job Costings / Reconciliation ;Quotes and invoice preparation)

·         Provide high content first line support to customers for team, e.g.:

-         Be a single point of contact when pre-sales team are not available

·            Do follow-up process on quotation send to customers

·            Knowledge of CAD software( optional )

 

 

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience

·         Matric

·         3 – 5 years working experience in a similar position

·         Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
