dimension data disclaimer and indemnity

1.       While Dimension Data will endeavour to take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and well-being during your participation in or attendance at the Function:

a.       Dimension Data, together with its employees, will not under any circumstances be liable for any actual or contingent loss, claim, liability, damage, costs (including legal costs) or expense of any nature whatsoever (whether direct, indirect or consequential) and howsoever arising which you and/or , or your dependents and/or any third party may suffer or incur from any cause arising (including, without limitation, any negligent acts or omissions) in connection with or arising from the Function (collectively "Claims").

b.       By accepting the invitation and/or attending the Function you indemnify and agree to hold Dimension Data harmless against any Claims, whatsoever, arising as a result of the Function.

2.       For purposes of this disclaimer and indemnity:

a.       "Function" shall include any and all activities relating to and/or associated with the Function, as well as any transportation provided and/or arranged by Dimension Data to and/or from the Function; and

b.       "Dimension Data" shall mean Dimension Data Holdings plc, and all of its subsidiary and associated companies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, servants, agents, subcontractors, sponsors, co-sponsors, and any of their respective successors and assigns.
