As the name of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) umbrella programme suggests, our people reach out with the combined strength of their heads, hearts and hands. Our employees choose which causes and initiatives they’d like to support, so we touch not only the lives of community members who need it most, but also the hearts of our colleagues who engage with the organisations and causes closest to them.

Reaching new heights for various UK charities

In the UK, 17 employees took part in the Three Peaks Challenge, which involved climbing the three highest peaks in the country – Ben Nevis, Snowden and Scafell Pike – often within 24 hours. What started off as a light-hearted dare among colleagues resulted in a tough physical and logistical tour de force. Participants raised money for charities of their choice, which included the Alzheimer's Society in the UK and the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. In total, the Challenge raised GBP 13,000 (USD 20,600) for these and other charities.
