  1.  What is Technically Enterprising Associate (TEA)?

    Dimension Data Technically Enterprising Associate is a work placement training programme for fresh professionals with less than three years of work experience. Dimension Data Asia Pacific has collaborated with the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) in Singapore to help you gain real work experience and training on the job, which will in turn enhance your professional profile and fast track your career in the local infocomm industry.

  2. What are the eligibility criteria for TEA?

    In addition to being dynamic, self-motivated, keen to learn, and passionate to work in the infocomm field, you must:

    a.   Hold a diploma/ degree from an infocomm or infocomm-related course of study

    b.   Have graduated within the last two years

    d.   Be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

    e.   Meet additional selection requirements set by Dimension Data

  3.  What can I expect as TEA in Dimension Data?

    You will undergo fundamental training relevant to the applicable area of specialisation in Dimension Data Asia Pacific’s business units for 9-12 months. While working on live projects, you will be assigned mentors who will guide and provide constructive feedback. You will also be encouraged to propose solutions and recommendations for the projects you’re working on. A monthly allowance will be given to you to recognise your development, efforts and contributions.

  4. Will I be offered a full-time job upon completing my training as TEA?

    Subjected to the availability of opportunities that match your skills and career preferences, you stand a chance to be considered for a position in Dimension Data upon successful completion of the TEA programme.
