Positions in our sales organisation include Sales Team Management, Global Account Management, Account Management, Sales Support, Customer Advocates, Sales Bid Management, Channel Sales and Sales Specialists.

Being part of the Dimension Data sales team means that you are at the front line of our organisation. It is therefore crucial that you are equipped with the necessary professional sales skills to excel in your career. The Professional Sales Development Tool is a self assessment where our sales employees evaluate their proficiency level against 21 Dimension Data sales competencies. The 21 sales competencies have been mapped back to specific Dimension Data sales roles which enable our sales employees to get a detailed profile of their strengths and future development needs, against the specific sales role they currently fulfill, or other potential future roles within Dimension Data.


Sales training

Our in-house learning institution, Dimension Data University (DDU), has a learning centre dedicated to sales and client -facing employees. Through DDU we provide a wide range of learning opportunities and tools to our sales force for every step of the sales process. Learning covers behaviours, models, products, services and methodologies.
