Brand unveiled for new NTT global operating company
London, United Kingdom – Dimension Data, the USD 8 billion global technology integrator and managed services provider for hybrid IT, is excited to reveal the brand for the new NTT global operating company, which comes into being on 1 July 2019. The creation of this new company brings together the talents and services of NTT Communications, Dimension Data, and NTT Security, as well as associated affiliates, to create a leading global technology services provider.
The new global operating company will be headquartered in London and will be led by Jason Goodall as CEO, who is currently the CEO for Dimension Data. By bringing together over 20 remarkable companies with combined revenues of USD 11 billion, it’ll comprise 40,000 people in 57 countries across five continents.
It’ll strengthen its offerings by combining the capabilities of its group companies – from services through to delivery. While its core strengths remain, it’ll build on a strong foundation of delivering IT-as-a-Service. Coupled with continuous development of software-defined technologies, it’ll be in a greater position to help modernize and transform businesses.From 1 July 2019, Dimension Data, NTT Security, and global business of NTT Communications will become NTT. There will, however, be some exceptions. The Dimension Data brand will be retained in Middle East & Africa. Businesses currently operating as Dimension Data in Japan will form part of our sister company, NTT Communications under NTT, Inc.

From 1 October 2019, other companies within the NTT Group will start to become NTT.
