We provide guidelines to explain what is expected of every person who works for Dimension Data, regardless of where we do business.
Dimension Data’s practice of responsible corporate behavior includes:
- Compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Zero tolerance for corrupt or illegal practices.
- An anti-bribery and corruption policy, which states that bribes and other illicit payments may not be paid or accepted.
- A policy that specifies the giving and acceptance of business gifts and hospitality.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of clients’ information and personal data.
- Not participating in any conduct that constitutes anti-competitive behavior.
- Not permitting directors or employees to engage in business on behalf of Dimension Data with organizations in which they have a material interest, without full disclosure.
Dimension Data’s Group Ethics and Compliance Committee reports to the Audit Committee on all aspects of the Group’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and external policies, as well as with its own internal policies and procedures for ethical business practices. Our compliance office manages an ethics and compliance program, which provides guidance on business conduct and ethics, and conducts periodic compliance reviews.
Commitment to Human Rights
We, as part of the NTT Group, recognize that respect for human rights is our corporate responsibility and aim to create a safe, secure, and enriched social environment by fulfilling this responsibility.
- We respect internationally recognized human rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in all company activities.
- We aim to not be complicit, directly or indirectly, in infringing human rights.
- We strive to reduce any negative impact on human rights’ holders. We respond appropriately when negative impacts on human rights occur.
- When a business partner does anything that has a negative impact on human rights that is linked to a product or service of Dimension Data, we will expect them to respect human rights and to cease the relevant infringement.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
We will not use or tolerate the use of forced slavery, child labor, or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We strive to be honest, ethical, and transparent in everything we do.
Dimension Data cannot condone and has a zero tolerance approach to any form of slavery or human trafficking. Dimension Data is committed to fighting modern slavery however it may be manifested. We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
Suppliers to Dimension Data are obliged to comply with all applicable laws in their contracts.
During the course of the forthcoming financial year, we will be introducing human rights, anti-slavery, and human trafficking awareness training for all new employees and periodically for existing employees as part of our ongoing compliance training. Dimension Data also requires all employees to comply with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and employees certify compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act and constitutes Dimension Data’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending September 30th, 2017.
Compliance with the Human Rights Charter
Non-compliance with our Human Rights Charter will be managed by Dimension Data’s Group Compliance Officer. Dimension Data has a Group Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which provides clear procedures for reporting any suspected incidents related to unethical behavior. This is supported by a whistle-blowing hotline for employees. Concerns of employees, suppliers, partners, or any other stakeholder can be communicated through the same channels as any other ethical issue.
