What you'll be doing

  • Teamleitung unseres Netzwerk Onsite Teams in München Karlsfeld im Rahmen eines Managed Service Netzwerkbetriebes
  • Erstellung und Pflege standardisierter Netzwerkdokumentationen zur Vorbereitung von Betriebsübergaben
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes sowie die Teilnahme an technischen Audits und Projekten
  • Wartung der Infrastruktur, Troubleshooting sowie eigenständige technische Überprüfung von Störungen
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Präsentation von zyklischen Dokumentationen und Reports
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern von Netzwerkprodukten in den Bereichen LAN, WLAN zur korrekten und schnellen Umsetzung von Kundenanfragen

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Netzwerkbereich, vorzugsweise im Betrieb von Unternehmensnetzwerken sowie relevante Berufserfahrung im Support-Umfeld von LAN/WLAN
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse anderer Hersteller und Technologien im Umfeld von LAN/WLAN Lösungen (z.B. Riverbed, F5, Juniper)
  • Mindestens eine CCNP-R&S oder eine CCNP-SEC -Zertifizierung sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche und -behebung
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung und Pflege von Netzwerkdokumentationen mit Microsoft Office Produkten, insbesondere MS-Visio
  • Kenntnisse in ITILv3 und Service Management
  • Strukturiertes Vorgehen, verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei der Problemanalyse sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
