What you'll be doing

  • Unterstützung und Begleitung des Vertriebs für Beratung der Kunden in der Pre-Sales-Phase bezüglich Managed Service Anforderungen
  • Teilnahme oder Leitung von Teams zur Gestaltung von Angeboten, Service-Konzepten, Service-Preismodellen und Analyse von Managed Services RFI/RFPs
  • Analyse der IT-Anforderungen im Rahmen von komplexen Managed Service Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Solution Team und dem Service Sales und Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung und Definition der Sales Strategie
  • Entwicklung und Erstellung von Service-Preis Modellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Go-To-Market Unterlagen, Blueprints und Templates für die Angebotserstellung
  • Erstellung von Leistungs-, Service- und Service Level Beschreibungen im Rahmen von Managed Service Projekten
  • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit in der Transition Phase
  • Weiterentwicklung des Managed Service Portfolio in Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Vertriebstrainings

What would make you a good fit for this role?

·         Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Fach- oder Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Services, z.B. als Service Account Manager, Service Architect, Transition Manager, Service Delivery Manager oder eine vergleichbare Tätigkeit mit IT Bezug
  • Erfahrung mit Service Prozessen (ITIL) und dem Management von Managed Services Kunden
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Zertifizierung oder vergleichbar
  • Vertrautheit mit IT Outsourcing- und Multi-Sourcing-Services inkl. Maintenance- und Support-Angeboten sowie Professional Services
  • Fähigkeit Service Angebote ganzheitlich an Business Anforderungen anzupassen, komplexe Services einfach zu beschreiben und durch entsprechende Erfahrung Management tauglich zu präsentieren.
  • Vertriebliche Ausrichtung und Bewußtsein für kommerzielle Rahmenbedingungen, wirtschaftliches Denken im Sinne von ROI und TCO.
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache kombiniert mit sehr guten Englisch Kenntnissen
  • Kommunikationsfreudig und Spaß am Networking
