What you'll be doing

  • Sicherstellung des Kundenservices (Hotline Support), sowie Second & Third Level Support im Contact Center (CC) Umfeld
  • Betrieb von CC der Hersteller Alcatel-Lucent und Genesys
  • Fehlereingrenzung und Behebung im Störungsfall, Troubleshooting
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
  • Anpassung der Systemkonfiguration wie z.B. intelligenter Routingstrategien zum Verteilen der Medien (Anrufe, Emails, …) zum Agenten oder statistischer Reports zur Überwachung der Auslastung des CC mittels Ferndiagnose und Remotezugriff
  • Technische Eskalation zum Hersteller
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Departments
  • Teilnahme an Schichtdienst / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften 

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Studium mit fachlichem Bezug
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise  im CC-Umfeld - Kenntnisse im Bereich CC Alcatel Lucent und Genesys (Zertifizierungen)
  • Programmierkenntnisse, Datenbankerfahrungen
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Servertechnologien und Betriebssysteme
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsskills
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung
  • Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
