What you'll be doing

  • Einsatz im Betrieb eines großen Kundennetzwerkes am Kundenstandort mit Fokus auf den Bereich Security Operations
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Anwender-Support (2nd/ 3rd Level) sowie Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung, Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Betrieb, Administration und Wartung der Client-, Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Services, Evaluierung und Test neuer Software-Versionen und -Komponenten, Planung und Überwachung der Software-Paketierung sowie der entsprechenden Rollouts
  • Definition von Prozessen und deren Weiterentwicklung sowie Dokumentation in Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten
  • Überwachung und Administration der Information Management Systeme

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Support-Umfeld im Netzwerk-Monitoring und -Support
  • Mindestens Cisco CCNA oder eine vergleichbare Zertifizierung sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche und -behebung in Netzwerken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting und von Tools im Netzwerkumfeld (IP-Protokolle etc.), Client, Server - Fundiertes Wissen und ggf. Zertifizierungen in folgenden Bereichen: CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Juniper SSL VPN, F5 Big IP ASM, ActiveIdentity, Bluecoat SG/BCAAA/Director, Cisco ACS/ISE, Fortinet, FireEye, SourceFire, Cisco Ironport, Bluecoat SSL VA, Nagios/Centreon, Restorepoint, Tufin SecureTrack, VMWare ESXi, Cisco AnyConnect, Unix/Linux, Splunk, NAC, IPSEC VPN, ISO/OSI 7-Schichten Modell, ITIL - Kenntnisse in Programmierung bzw. Scripting (Perl, Bash, Shell, …)
  • Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei der Problemanalyse sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Bereitschaft für eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse wären vorteilhaft
